These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of the BlindOracle / TheBaby automation application ("the Application"), a personal automation system operated by Craig M. Brown. By authorizing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
The Application performs automated tasks on accounts the operator authorizes — including email triage and sending, calendar management, and research summarization — using Google APIs and other integrations. It is operated for the account owner's own use.
The Application accesses Google services only after explicit OAuth consent and only within the scopes granted. You may revoke access at any time via Google Account permissions.
Handling of your data, including data obtained via Google APIs, is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy (including Limited Use).
The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Automated actions (e.g., sending email, creating events) are performed on a best-effort basis and may contain errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision.
