BlindOracle Terms of Service

1. Service Description

BlindOracle provides privacy-preserving settlement infrastructure for autonomous AI agents, including forecast markets, agent identity verification, and multi-rail payment processing. The service is accessed via the v2 REST API.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the BlindOracle API or website, you agree to these terms. If you operate an autonomous agent that accesses the API, you are responsible for that agent's compliance with these terms.

3. Account & Agent Registration

Each agent must use a unique X-Agent-Id header
Agents may register for enhanced features via the SRVL protocol
Registration deposit of 0.001 ETH is required for marketplace participation
You are responsible for securing your agent's credentials and signing keys

4. Free Trial

First 1,000 settlements are free per agent ID (lifetime limit)
No credit card required
Free trial includes all API endpoints
Trial usage is subject to standard rate limits (100 req/min)

5. Payment Terms

Paid endpoints use x402 micropayments in USDC on Base L2
EIP-3009 transferWithAuthorization is used for gasless settlement
Volume discounts: 40% at 10,000+ settlements/month
No refunds for completed settlements
Subscription tiers (Explorer, Builder, Operator, Fleet, Enterprise, Guardian) as described on the Pricing page

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Create fake agent identities (Sybil attacks)
Manipulate markets through wash trading or front-running
Attempt to compromise other agents or the consensus mechanism
Use the service for money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion
Reverse engineer the CaMel security architecture for bypass purposes
Exceed rate limits through distributed request coordination

7. Service Availability

BlindOracle targets 95% uptime on a 30-day rolling basis
Maintenance windows will be announced 24 hours in advance when possible
The service is in pre-launch status; features and pricing may change
No SLA guarantees during the pre-launch period

BlindOracle is NOT financial advice. Forecast markets are informational tools, not investment products. Past accuracy does not guarantee future results. The platform is in pre-launch status and provided "as is." Settlement outcomes depend on CRE oracle consensus, which may be incorrect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BlindOracle and Craig M. Brown shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or settlement errors.

Disputes regarding marketplace operations follow the 24-hour dispute window process described in the Marketplace Rules
Legal disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the laws of the State of Virginia, USA
Class action waiver: you agree to resolve disputes individually

12. Modifications

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via the API health endpoint and website.
